Good Friday night! We’re heading into a weekend with a pretty dramatic temperature swing. Tonight stays very mild for late October, with mostly cloudy skies, a few showers, and lows only falling into the low 60s. Saturday will still feel unusually warm, with highs in the mid-70s. It will also be windy, with a few showers possible at times. This does not look like a washout, but if you have football games, yard work, fall events, or other outdoor plans, expect gusty winds and keep an eye out for a passing shower. Then a cold front moves through, and Sunday will feel completely different. Highs drop nearly 20 degrees into the mid-50s. It stays windy, clouds linger, and a few showers remain possible. If Saturday feels more like September, Sunday will feel much more like late October. The next bigger weather impact arrives Monday. Showers look likely, skies stay mostly cloudy, and highs may not even reach 50 degrees. It will be a raw, chilly, damp start to the workweek.
